About Me:
Hello, thanks for reading this.
A little about me
I was born in Australia in 1955. Started living in the States in 1999. Became a US citizen in 2006. I am married to a piano teacher who plays great music which has brought a lot of joy to many people around the world (www.pianobeautiful.com).
I teach math at a local suburban high school where I have introduced meditation to teachers and students over the last 12 months. It has been really well received and is based on over 20 years of practice and study. (http://mail.pittsfield.net/teachersites/Carroll_Lawrence/Meditation).
Also I have recently started what I consider to be the most integrated and focused intensity training schedule I have ever done. I started with a program called slim-in-6 (6 week) then followed it with a 90 day prgram (P90X ) led by fitness guru Tony Horton. Now I have finished the P90X plus 90 day training intensive and have never felt or looked so strong and fit. I have regained an excellent base fitness and become a coach to help others get great results as well (www.teambeachbody.com/bringitwell). Recently I started teaching this at school to hopefully inspire staff and students to get results and help each other regain vitality in their lives and spirits. I have been working on some videos to get the message through (feel free to browse here).
Shawn Phillips is my mentor as far as the philosophy of mind-body training and I use his guidance in my workouts as the way to achieve strength in life.
I am really interested to connect with people who are interested in any of the above and look forward to some dialogs with you.
Be Well
